Downloading Photoshop Elements 10

I have a Mac which is fairly old and I'm reluctant to do too many updates on.

The only version it seems happy to download a trial for is Photoshop Elements 10. And from the trial it is absolutely perfect for what I need. So no need for the fancy 2018 version.

I also don't have a CD Drive on the Mac so basically I would like to purchase Photoshop Elements 10 via download if that is possible (my trial has just expired). However it only wants me to have the new version which I don't want and my poor Mac can't handle. Where can I buy the old version? Surely it must still be possible to buy? Adobe seems very restrictive as in it'll let me do the trial then it seems odd that I then can't buy what I'm trialling.
Any help would be much appreciated!!Even looked at Amazon for 10 and it's naturally discontinued….

    Have a look on e-bay, but be sure that the copy is legitimate. If you can obtain a disk for v.10, you can burn the disk to a thumb drive on another computer, then install via USB.

    I'm very guardedly optimistic.
