Downloading PSE9 (I was asked to open a thread about it)

Good evening,

I tried different ways of getting my PSE9 back since I reset my computer. I already read that there isnt a public download anymore so I followed the steps and got in contact with your chat support. After several text messages he asked me to open a thread in the Community about it. I dont know why, but that is what I am doing at the moment.

I am not interested in upgrading my PSE9 but I just cant find the Installation CD anymore.
