downloading raw pictures to elements 14

bought Nikon Z-50 and having no success downloading  raw images. Never had this problem before the Z-50.  Reads Damaged or not recognized when I try to download. Checked updates and it is up to date.

Your camera requires Camera RAW 12.1.

PSE 14 only supports Camera RAW versions up to 9.5.

 

You will either need to upgrade to PSE 2020 or use the DNG converter:
