dragcamera raw screen to second monitor in photoshop elements

unmaximize it, and drag away.  click on the two arrows pointing toward each other in the very upright right corner of the Camera  raw window.

Thanks! As soon as I duplicated my screens, I found the hidden big white bar at the top and was able to move the ACR window to my big screen. After that, I changed the displays back to extend and began editing. Now to keep it from reverting back!

I do believe I've found a solution:

The  solution:

By default the ACR window has been opening up with the very top, usually white part of the window hidden.  Once I made the ACR widow a bit wider, I could grab the whit part and drag ACR over to the second window.

Once doing that it's now easy peasy for me to put ACR  on the seocnd monitor.

If you haven't done so allready you would need to change what happens when you close your laptop screen when you close the lid. 

I do the same as you and have the same issuu. The suggestion from Glenn 8675309 does work but I think it would be annoying having to change it back each time you want to use extended display.. 

Do you have things set up on your laptop to duplicate screens?   Just not extend, but duplicate? 

You would type in

Rearrange multiple displays

in your search box and edit those settings.
