drop down menus in photoshop element 2023 organizer

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2023 on a Windows 10 computer.

The drop-down menus in the organizer do not drop-down to display any options.

 

I opened my Photoshop Elements 2019 software and the menus in the organizer all work.

Any suggestions?

    Turn your computer all the way off.   Go get a cup of coffee.  Return to your computer, turn it back on.   Seriously give it a try--- just not a reboot-- turn it all the way off.
