Edit - Can't save edited images [ Was -When you have a question where do you write it?]

I have adobe photoshop elements 14. It requires 2 GB of ram and I have 4GB of ram. I cannot save edited photos and wonder why?

    Are you on Windows 10 (1803) ?

    Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10

    Thousands of users have been hit by the bug created by Microsoft in that Win update.

    If so, see the step by step instruction to edit the Windows registry.

    Thanks for your e-mail. Yes I'm on windows 10. When I first got the

    photo pro gram it worked fine but has given me the problem that it

    won't save

    Click on Michel's link and follow the instructions to apply the registry fix:
