I have an HP Laptop computer installed with Windows 10 operating system and I am using photoshop Elements 13.  When I click on "edit photos using Adobe photo shop 13 editor"  a message pops up that says "Adobe Photoshop cannot run on this computer because this version of Photoshop requires Windows 7 or later."

I click on System Info and my Core Version is 13.1  Under "System" is shows Operating System Name:  Vista

Will you please help me update Photoshop 13 recognize Windows so I can edit photos as I don't know how to do this.

Did you try re-installing the application after updating your Windows?

if not, please try a clean uninstall and re-install pf PSE13 again.

Thank you for responding.  No, as windows 10 is already on my computer.  I have done a reinstall as well.
