Editing files in Photoshop elements 12

I have downloaded Video files from my camera to Photoshop elements 12. I was advised to download quicktime tp view these in the organiser. This worked great, however one of the fles shows as side on or 90 degrees out of kilter. The option to edit the video is not an option. Has anyone an answer?

      You can also use Handbrake which is a free utility to rotate the file and convert it to mp4.

      I thought I had this problem solved, but alas it was not so. I have isolated the problem to transfering the Video files from a file on my desktop to Photshop elements Organiser. I have checked the original file & that is OK, but when transferred to The Organiser Album system it changes the file from a Portrait format to a landscape one.  I am out of ideas. Your help would be appreciated

      In quicktime you can select Edit - Rotate right or left (see attached).  You can then select File - Close or Export As to save the rotated video as a new file.

      what version of Quicktime do you have because the one I downloaded ask to open the file but does not giev any options to edit the file. Any help would be most appreciated.

      I'm using QuickTime Player Version 10.5, which was included preinstalled on my Macbook AIr.  It appears QuickTime is no longer supported on Windows, according to Apple:
