Effekte können nicht angewendet werden.

guten tag, leider habe ich das problem was ich im elements 15 nicht alle effekte anwenden kann. (z.b. zerbröckelte farben). kennt jemand dieses problem? und was kann ich dagegen machen? vielen dank.

    Hi Danielj,

    Sorry to hear that you're not able to apply effects in Photoshop Elements 15, when you click on the Window menu is Effects checked? If not select it to open the panel.


    Could you please let us know the operating system you're using?

    If you're working on macOS then you can rebuild the media database, Navigate to the Library then navigate using the following file path:

    Mac HD//Users/[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/10.0/Locale/en_US/


    Delete the file Mediadatabase.db3.

    Re-launch Photoshop Elements Editor. A progress bar appears as the media database is re-created. Wait for this process to complete.
