Element 11 - Can't open raw files

- My camera model (Olympus OMD EM1ii is on the list of supported cameras in the Adobe web page. But when I try to open a photo, Element 11 says the format is not supported. Need helps.

    Your camera requires ACR 9.9.  Elements 11 only supports ACR 7.4.  If you don't want to update your Elements program, you can use the free Adobe dng converter to convert your raw files to dng format which will work with Elements 11.
