I purchase Elements 2020 6 years ago and downloaded. When I now installed it in Windows 11 a licens is requested. How can I deal with this?

The dialog is probably looking for your registered serial number.  You can find this on the Product page of your Adobe account.

If this does not answer your question, please give us a screenshot of what happens when you click on the Photoshop Elements Editor button.

We need more information from you.

    • Are you upgrading from Windows 10 to 11 on the same computer?
    • Did you sign out of the program on your old OS or computer?
    • What exactly is the message you are receiving?  Please post a screenshot (without any personal ID or license information)

If you are looking for your license information, you can find it on the Products page of your Adobe account.

I had the program installed on one desktop and one laptop

.I want to replace my windows10-desktop with a new windows11-desktop.

I uninstalled the program on my laptop and installed it on my new desktop and then a licens is required in the message below.
