element 2021 crashing every time i try to print i have window 11 , i unistall and the problem still there

    At what point in the process does the program crash?

     

    Did you perform a fresh installation of Elements after upgrading your computer to Windows 11?  Or is this a clean install of Windows 11?

    Have you reinstalled your Printer software after upgrading to Windows 11?

     

    When you uninstalled Elements, did you also delete the preferences files?  If not, try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

     

    Are you having the same problem printing from the Organizer and the Editor?
