element 2021 vs old version adobe

Hi friends, needs some help, i have a questions regards the new element 2021 photoshop. Does it have some old features as c6s adobe older version?

I use puppet wrap, alot to make clients (bride) skinny as most of them wanted to correct their figures.

So is there any thing in element 2021 to create skinny effects ???
