Element 2022 organizer issues

Hey...I am having problems launching organizer in Elements 2022. The screen is black and everything freezes. Anyone know what this issue is and how to fix it?

What OS are you using?

 

Did it unexpectedly stop working or has it always failed to launch?

 

If you possibly have a corrupt catalog, try launching the Organizer while pressing the shift key.  This should open the Manage Catalogs dialog.  Create a new catalog and open it.  See if it launches.  If it does, you can go back to the Catalog Manager from the File menu, select your old catalog and try to use the Repair and Optimize feature on it. Once the repair and optimize function is completed, you can try to select the old catalog and open it.
