ELEMENT AND EDITOR 2021 VERSION, cant import from camera card, cant Edit with Camera raw

I have a free triel for Elements 2021 Organaizer & editor

Not working , will not IMPORT from my camera card-Nikon 7100 camera -, wont Edit from Camera Raw.

Trying to call for help, waiting for call back 3 days!

How can I have some HELP???

Are you getting any error messages when you try to import into the Organizer or when you try to edit a raw file?
