Element opening problem

Question

recently purchased new imac 24 to replace ancient 2012 imac

downloaded elements 25 ( old machine had elements 14 ) on free trial. transferred photos from old machine but disconnected new machine in error - wrong plug - rebooted but elements organiser will not load now

any suggestion please

Not sure what you mean about transferring your photos. Please explain exactly what you did and what programs/features you were using to do it.

I dont' know if this works with Macs but try holding the shift key while launching the Organizer. On Windows, this opens the Catalog Manager. I suggest you create a new catalog and see if the program will open. When you answer my question about what you did, I can provide more information about how to proceed.
