Element Unable to access tools on side bar installed on 2nd machine

I bought a new Windows 11 desktop and installed Elements 2024 as the second allowable installation. The tools on the left side bar does not drop down the group of different tools that can be used. Hoping there is a solution to this problem.

Thank you Glenn. Much appreciate your help. Guess I was hoping to get more of the way Photoshop has it's tools. Will need to play around more.

This is a screenshot from pse 2026. in pse 2024 you should click on expert mode to see all the tools.
NOTE: You cannot customize the tool bars like you can in photoshop.
