Can Elemente 9 be installed on a Windows 11 machine?

Hi Carol.   There is no reason to think that Elements 9 cannot be installed on Windows 11.  However, we are waiting to hear back from another user who was trying to install Elements 9 on Win 11 without success.  Please look at this thread and note my suggestion to install and run the program in Compatibility Mode.
