Elements 10 and Account Problem

Purchased elements 10 a considerable time ago and registered the product as norm, since then I have created a new account and wish to add this item

to my products but it keeps telling me already regiistered.

Now I cannot remeber the details of my old account so does any one have a solution as there is no where to email support direct.

Have been down the deactivate route etc.

I wich to upgrade it to latest but wont unless I can cure this.
