Elements 10 fails to initialize

I have photoshop elements 10 installed on a pc running windows 10.

I note from the net the software will not function on windows 10.

Has there an upgrade been provided for elements 10 to enable its operation?

What are my options?

I was/am thinking of upgrading to elements 14 but for the life cannot find a cost.

Can anyone direct me?

    You can upgrade to Elements 15 from Adobe Store at link: http://shop.adobe.com/DRHM/store  or to latest Elements 2018 at link : http://shop.adobe.com/DRHM/store

    I would suggest you downloading the trials from Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 and see for what different versions offer.
