Elements 10 opens on computer startup with "cannot open ... because of wrong type of file"

Elements 10 always open when I start my computer then I get a "Cannot open c:\... wrong type of file" error.    I have to click ok to close out the error message, click ok again to close out the same error message, but with a different file, then I can shut down Elements 10.

I am not able to find the bad files in my computer and annoying that Elements 10 opens every time a start my computer.

Any help would be appreciated.
