Elements 11 [freezing on Windows 10]

Question

I telephoned to find out if Photoshop Elements 4 and 11 will work correctly on Windows 10?

Why I could not send by e-mail my photos as I could before, and what password I need to send them, and how to get it?

The first person I spoke to could not give me satisfactory answers, and passed me on to second person who I could not understand due to very low volume and requested a call back, so we could resolve my problem, but I was not called back!

I have Ph. Sh. Elements 4 and 11 installed on my new laptop with windows 10, and the programs are not working properly and “freeze up” also I cannot send photos as before!

What do I do now? Please help!

The current version is PSEv.15.Suggest that you download and install the free 30 day trial of PSEv.15 to see if it works.
