Elements 11 install Files in Use error

I'm trying to reinstall Elements 11 on a Windows 7 PC and get a Files in Use error for Roxio Burn 😧

Roxio is being used to read the install CD so it is in use. Is there a work around?

    Hi Thomas,

    Please try out the troubleshooting solutions provided in here Troubleshoot installation | Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements | Windows  and check if any of these works for you.

    If the problem still persists, then you can download the same from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 as per your OS and use the same serial key that came along with your CD.
