Elements 11 [not working on new Mac laptop]

Hello, I am posted on behalf of my grandmother who is having trouble with Elements 11.  She has been using the program for a while and isn't terribly interested in upgrading to the 2019 version as she has read that it doesn't have all the features that 11 has.  Recently, she purchased a new Mac lap top.  Since the purchase, elements 11 has not been working on her new or old lap tops.  When opening the program it automatically opens to the bottom right corner of the screen and when moved shuts down. It gives a very long error text.

Any help here would be appreciated.  I am not well versed on Mac systems or with the Elements program.  I can provide the error message if needed.
