elements 11 on Windows 10

How do I install Photoshop elements 11 on my new computer it has windows 10 I have serial number and already deactivated it on my old computer.

Hi Lisa,

At this download link, you would find 2 files one of which is exe. This file would work only when the other one is present.

So, please download both of these files first and then try the installation.
