Elements 11, Organiser

On starting elements 11, selecting Organiser brings on message of, Directx could not be initialized. Please be sure that it is installed on you system. Well it is installed.Version 12 is running. I am running windows 10. Deleting the program and reinstalling doesn't help. Updates done.

Anybody got any ideas please, especially Adobe!!!!

    System is showing Directx 12 installed
