Elements 11 problem

Recently when I open the workspace in Photoshop Elements 11 all the options in the pull down menus have disappeared.

Also the options for Expert/Guided/Quick are not visible anymore.

Reinstalling did not solve the problem. It has run on Windows 10 for more then a year now with no problems

What's going on here?

    Got it working again.

    Restarting the PC did the trick

    Got exactly the same problem....but I restarted the PC recently...I'll try it again...
