I cannot access cd/dvd label in create. When I click to produce label a window appears stating 'Photoshop Elements 12 Editor' - 'Apply Layout' with a red circle and white cross. In the past Ive had no problems but it seems to have started since windows latest update. Can you help?.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This error comes when the space on your scratch disk is not enough for creations' content to work properly.

    I would suggest you freeing up some space on your hard disk and restarting the application. Post this the CD/DVD label creation should work fine.
