Elements 12

I bought pse12 and installed it from disc.  I then tried the trial pse15 (which I didnot like). I contacted support and asked how to get Elements 12 back, he told me to drag it to the trash. so I did. Now I have tried to re install it using the disc and I cannot get the page that says Album on it. I had started an album and wanted to finish it.  I saved it in PDF but can't get it back to finish it.
