Elements 12

I have the key. I bought 12 a few years ago. I re-booted my computer. I'm trying to install 12 again from Adobe's site but it keeps telling me I'm not authorised so it's just not happening. It's simple & quick to use over more advanced programs. Would anyone know why I can't download it.I have the account details correct.
