Question

Elements 12

Hi

I recently installed MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4

On opening Elements 12 I am confronted with the option to start a 30 day trial!

This came as a bit of a surprise seeing as how I bought the Elements/Premier pack and registered it at the time of purchase.

Does anyone know if this a software compatibility issue or Adobe requiring more cash?

Thanks

Please refer to the system requirements page for Elements: Photoshop Elements system requirements

    Adobe Premiere Elements system requirements

Also could you please confirm if you had installed it using a DVD or setup downloaded from Adobe, or using Mac App Store?

In case of MAC App Store, please see if you have signed in to App store and the product with the same ID, that you used to purchase the software.

And if you bought the product from Adobe, you can sign-in to Adobe account and check your serial key there.

    Thanks

    Hi

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I can confirm that this was a DVD purchase of Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements for both Mac and Windows use.

I have been into my account and although my registration for the Lightroom product I purchased is there my Elements registration is not.

I thought I had registered it, but it looks like I have made an error in registration.

I have registered them as an older product this morning.

I will check my system requirements but as I said previously I had no issues with it until after I had installed the latest update to High Sierra.

    Regards

    Jim
