Elements 12 and the new Mac OS Mojave

I upgraded to the new Mac OS and now Elements 12 isn't working. Its been working fine the last few years. And since I downloaded the new OS, it's not working. Any suggestions. I get a message after it crashes saying that its on the developers end.

Either roll back from Mojave, or upgrade to PSE 2019.
