Nach dem Herunterladen des alten Elements 12 mit Produktnummer kommt immer wieder die Aufforderung "anmelden" und ist nicht möglich. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Did you do that when you originally installed it on the first computer?

Or are you talking about signing in?

Has the program been installed on more than two computers previously?  If so, it was necessary to sign out of an old computer to activate the program on a new one. 

You can try to activate the program offline by disconnecting from the internet and using the instructions found in this Adobe HelpX article.

Ja mam Adobe Elements12. Program funkcjonuje na nowym PC tylko offline bez zameldowania. Online nie funkcjonuje. Zameldowanie nie jest mozliwe.  Pozdrowienia
