Elements 13 action error message

I opened my Elements 13 today and this error message appeared...when I click OK and the program opens, all of the actions I have downloaded over the past 2 years are gone.  Is there a solution to this?  Thanks

    I have just had the same happen to me. Years worth of loaded actions, GONE! I am beyond mad! I just had some sort of update take place on my laptop overnight and then open elements 13 to find them all deleted. I have had the same thing take place a couple times before but it was only a few and I reloaded them. I really hope someone can help us out!!!

    While launching Editor, please keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed.

    A dialog will pop up asking to delete settings file.

    Say yes.
