Elements 13 changing folder locations from left side of screen

Hi,

I need some help in how to switch my folders that contain my various pics by category from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen.  Is this possible and how do I do it?

    No, you can't change that layout.

    Folders are on the left with albums,

    Tags and categories on the right together with information.
