Elements 13 filename is missing from open window in Editor

A student I am working with does not have the image filename appearing at the top of an open image file in the Expert Mode of the Editor.

What needs to be done to correct this?

Are you saying you don't get anything like in this picture?

Alternatively, can you post an image here of what exactly are you getting.

I discovered that the person I was talking to over the phone was in the Guided Mode.  As soon as he clicked over to the expert mode the filename information as you have shown appeared!  Evidently, it was a difference between Expert and Guided Mode.
