Elements 13 Foto Editior doesn't start anymore on Win 7 Professional

Hi all

My Elements 13 Foto Editor doesn't work anymore on Win 7 Professional.

Double clicking the Desktop Icon of Elements13 doesn't show any reaction,

Starting PhotoshopElementsOrganizer directly gives an error message that components are missing, but the application starts up successfully.

Starting PhotoshopElementsEditor it failes with the message that the requested file can't be found.

I did re-install Elements13 from the official Adobe download page and still got the same behaviour.

Has anyone experienced the same issue, and if yes is there a solution for it?

Any help is more than welcome.

Sorry for my lat answer.

I did run the Adobe Cleaner Tool and reinstalled afterwards Photoshop Element 13. But no change in behaviour.

But obviously one of the (windows)-updates that has been installed since then did solve the issue (I would not know what else). Fact is it currently works again as usual.

The ticket may be closed.
