Elements 13 seriel number lost.

I have tried everything on the website to locate my seriel number.  It keeps taking me in circles.

I am having problems because the "Goodies13" droplet seems to have disappeared and I cannot load Plug-ins.

If I just download Elements 13 again will it pick up the seriel number?

    I had bought adobe photoshop elements 13 for my laptop and now I broke the laptop screen and it was not cost effective to fix so I purchased a dif laptop.... can I re install the cds to my new laptop. ? I do not have a product key for it... is there any way I can recover that key number.. thanks so much

    You can Find your serial number from this link.

    And you can have PSE installed and active at two computers simultaneously with same account and serial number.

    Apologies for this inconvenience.

    Yes you can try reinstalling the application. It might be that some of the components might not have installed properly.

    I would suggest you to clean your machine first using Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and then install the application afresh.
