Elements 13 was fine. Then I needed to print. I keep getting the error message

Question

Elements 13 was printing fine. Needed to print got thr following error message:"Because the default printrer could not be opened."

I have a Canon Pixma 200. It was working fine.

1) I tried another jpg...nothing

2) Did the preference reset routine in E13..no chage

3) Other apps print

4) used printer cable direct to PC, bypassing wifi...nada

5) Reloaded printer driver....nope

6) Reloaded Elements 13,,,,still no

I suspect an E13 update might have done this...any help appreciated

If you are printing via the editor, try printing via the organizer - - - or vice versa. The print engines are not the same.

PSE has not been updated in 9 years. It was the first PSE, I'm pretty sure , to have both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. If you don't have the 64 bit version installed, give it a try.

You don't say what your OS is- which would help.
