Hi

1. After I import photos and close the programme, the next time I go in to programme, It waste hours searching for my photos and the media comes up with a grey square with a ? on it instead of a photo?

2. Programme locks up 60% of the time I use it.

    Is the drive that has the photos on it connected to the computer?

    If Windows, does the drive with the photos on it have a fixed drive letter?

      The photos are on the computers C drive.
