Elements 14

My PS Elements 14 was not properly installed & tech support never resolved the matter. I was promised an email which I never received. What can I do?

When you say not properly installed, what exactly do you mean?

Any error messages? Which operating system?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I did not download the installation for an iMac by mistake.

OK. So you have Windows and downloaded for Mac? Or you have a Mac and downloaded Windows in error?

So where are you currently up to?

Are you still waiting for Adobe? What do you need from Adobe?
