Elements 14 Audio Drops Out

I purchased the software a year and a half ago. I have had so many issues with it and am beyond frustrated. My biggest issue is audio drops. I have had so many clips cut out and I don't know how to fix it. I tried calling customer service for support and they said they couldn't help me and I had to come on here to the forums for assistance. So, now I am not only frustrated with the product, but I am frustrated with customer service as well.

I have tried to look for updates and re-install the product and no such luck.

Other issues I have experienced are pre-installed titles don't work. Pre-installed music clips no longer work.

Any help is appreciated. I am using a PC.
