Elements 14 - Cannot download

I recently had a hard drive failure and am painstakingly re-installing all my programmes.

I had Elements 14, and have tracked down my serial number.

When I go to the downloads page though to download Elements 14, I get the message 'Access denied'

Please help, I don't want to buy my product again
