Elements 14 Create Collage - Apply Layout Error

I have been trying to create a collage automatically in Elements 14.

It comes up with an Apply Layout error every time I try to use the function and refuses to create the collage.

Can I re-install Elements from the original CD or is there a quicker way of resetting the template?
