Elements 14 Editor Tool Options not shown

I no longer see the options for Enhance or Draw features.

Example: For the Text tool, I don't see font options, size options, colour, etc. Likewise, for the Clone Stamp tool, I can't see the options to change the size of the clone.

Hi there,

Sorry that the Toolbar in Photoshop Elements 14 has disappeared.

Please checkout the steps below:

Select Windows> Tools from the menu bar and see if that helps.
Reset the app workspace: choose Window> Reset Panels

If the above steps do not help, restore the app preferences as mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/preference-file-locations-photoshop-elements.html#Restoredefaultpreferences
