Elements 14 output to a 4K monitor

I run Elements 14 on Windows 10 and want to upgrade to a 4K monitor. Will Elements 14 output to a 4K monitor? I do not use Premier Elements or do,any video editing. Are there any tweaks in Preferences that I would have to do?

I have PSE14 and a 4k monitor on Windows 10. I actually have dual monitors - the 4k and a lower res monitor. I have found that PSE14 can't cope with having the main PSE window open on one monitor and the image in a floating window on the other monitor - choices in dialog boxes stop working properly - see https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2356467 for a more complete description.

If you only have a single 4k monitor you should be ok, with the caveat that the only UI scale factors that PSE allows are 100% or 200%, nothing in between, and depending on the size of your 4k monitor, this may mean you have to put up with UI elements (menus, dialogs, etc) which are either too large or too small.

The first nuisance is the menu fonts in Photoshop Elements 11 or 15.  I found that if you first open a PSD file, then keep the app open, any later files you open will use the same UI screen font size.

Open a JPG file first, and the font is so small you cannot operate the menus without extreme difficulty. Even if you convert a JPG to PSD, as long as the app is first opened on the JPG, the font will never reset to a larger size. ALWAYS open on a PSD file, then do any import of JPG files to be able to have larger fonts on the menu.
