My Pc crashed yesterday and i have had it sorted out .. But the thing is ??  I cant start my Elements 14 up ...How to i solve this problem .. COlin

Is your code a serial number or redemption code? Don't post it here in this public forum.

A redemption code can only be used once to get a serial number.

Thank you  Peru Bob .. That seems to have worked ive downloaded it and i enter my own code and it installing. And working fine ,.. Big Hug man .. Take care .. Colin  (The Netherlands)

    Will it open directly from the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe file in Program Files?

    Make sure all Windows updates are installed and try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

    I Tried to install it again but it will not accept the my code
