Elements 14 RAW not working

I have Elements 14 and Windows 10 64 bit and a Canon Rebel t2i. I have had no problem opening RAW files and suddenly it refuses to open them saying that my camera is not supported and it is and has been. I've done everything I can think of to fix the problem and nothing is working. I downloaded and installed 2018 and it is giving me the same message. I'm totally frustrated and annoyed and would appreciate any help that you could provide, thanks.
