Elements 14 Tiffs

So Elements 14 does not support RAW files from a Canon 5d mk 4 . I am wondering if I convert them to 8 or 16 bit TIFFS will I be able to work on them in PSE 14?

    You can use the free Adobe DNGconverter to batch convert a whole folder of your raw files to the DNG raw format that PSE14 can work and edit.
    And yes, PSE14 can use 8 or 16 bit Tiffs. Just note that PSE does not support layers in 16-bits mode and that some tools won't be available.
