    Hi,

You can find the details of the update for every Adobe product over here:

    Adobe software and product updates

And for the issue that you are facing, could you please use the Adobe Log collector tool (Log Collector Tool ) and run it on your system. It will collect all the installation and error logs and should create a zip folder on your desktop. Unzip this folder and read the installer logs, and if you find any Errors at the end of the file, could you please share with us?

This would help us give you more appropriate solution to the problem.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Which operating system are you running on?

Do you get any error code or message?

Is this the 14.1 update you are trying to apply?

    I'm running Windows 10,

    My error code is: U44M11210.

I'm not sure what update it is as it just asked if I wanted to do the update.  I've been away from the program for awhile....

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Do you have any Creative Cloud products installd?

Load the PSE editor and go to the Help menu and select Updates

That should present you with a list of updates available

If you have the option to update now or update on exit, I would select update on exit and then close the editor

If you choose update now, then you will later be asked to close the editor so that the update can be applied.

Which antivirus application do you run - it might be worth disabling it during the update.
